Project timelines may be affected by delays in client response or incomplete submissions.
Intrigue IT Solutions may provide services to healthcare providers or entities subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Clients are solely responsible for determining whether HIPAA applies to their business operations.
If our services involve access to Protected Health Information (PHI), a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required before any PHI is shared.
If no BAA is executed, clients agree not to transmit PHI through our website, email, CRM, support systems, or other communication channels.
HIPAA compliance of third-party services (hosting providers, CRM systems, marketing tools, analytics platforms) depends on those vendors’ compliance policies.
Intrigue IT Solutions is not responsible for HIPAA compliance of third-party tools unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure, and cybersecurity risks remain.
Services are billed per invoice or contract terms
Recurring services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may result in service suspension
All payments are non-refundable once services have commenced unless agreed in writing
Failure to pay may result in suspension of hosting, website access, or marketing campaigns.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Upon full payment, final deliverables belong to the client
Proprietary tools, frameworks, code libraries, and internal systems remain the property of Intrigue IT Solutions
Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our work is prohibited
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we aim for maximum uptime and security:
We are not liable for:
Hosting provider outages
Server failures
Third-party software issues
Plugin conflicts
Cyberattacks
Force majeure events
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups unless backup services are included in their service plan.
Search engine rankings, advertising performance, and marketing outcomes depend on various external factors including:
Algorithm updates
Industry competition
Market demand
Platform policy changes
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.
You agree not to:
Use services for unlawful activities
Transmit malware or malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with network security
Violation may result in immediate termination of services.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
Login credentials
Business data
Technical configurations
Proprietary information
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services.
Intrigue IT Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Lost profits
Loss of data
Business interruption
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
You agree to indemnify and hold Intrigue IT Solutions harmless from claims, damages, losses, or legal fees resulting from:
Your misuse of services
Violation of laws
Breach of these Terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
Payment is overdue
Services are misused
Illegal activity is detected
Terms are violated
Upon termination, access to hosting, servers, CRM systems, or marketing platforms may be revoked.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, cyber incidents, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
